Shredded paper is soaked in water, blended into pulp, then strained into new sheets. The entire process from soak to dry takes anywhere from 24-48 hours.

The shredded paper used comes from the optical office we work in, which would otherwise be thrown away.

You can request any art to be drawn on the front of the card, and the recycled paper can be dyed, scented, and have small inclusions!

Definitely! If you want a type of seed not offered, feel free to place a custom order to request a specific plant!

Custom orders will have their own shop page, found here. You can request custom art for traditional cards, colors, scents, and inclusions for recycled cards, and custom seeds for seed cards. If you have a crazy idea, email us! We would love to hear your ideas and create something special for you.

Every order will include a care card with a QR code linking to Deep Roots, as well as a care guide for the type of flower your card will turn into.
